 During brainstorming, the strongest idea I came up with for my essay was the one that I could relate to the most personally. I chose it over the others because it felt easier to explain and gave me more examples to write about. When a topic connects to my own experiences or opinions, it makes the writing process more interesting and helps me express my ideas more clearly. That’s why this idea stood out the most while I was planning my essay.

Sept 29th

  As a child, I believed that if I made a wish on a shooting star, it would always come true. Every time I saw a streak of light across the night sky, I would close my eyes tightly and whisper my wish, feeling certain that the universe was listening. It didn’t matter if the wish was big or small, just the act of wishing made me feel hopeful and magical, as if anything was possible. Even now, I smile when I remember that innocent faith in the power of a single moment.
