There was a time when I was judged unfairly at work because they assumed i was unprepared and or unreasonable only because I was new. My coworkers doubted my abilities even without getting to know me. It was annoying and frustrating, but it also pushed me to prove my worth through hard work and determination, in the end I earned their respect
