Feb 4/Feb 5 (Block Day)

 The most challenging part of working in a group is making sure everyone communicates and does their part. One time, I was in a group project where not everyone completed their sections on time, which caused us to rush at the last minute. It was stressful, and our final project was not as strong as it could have been. From that experience, I learned the importance of setting clear deadlines, checking in with each other, and speaking up when something isn’t getting done. Now, I try to be more organized and communicate better to help the group succeed.
